பிரபல விமான நிறுவனமான AIRASIA நிறுவனம் தனது ஒப்புதல் இல்லாமல் தனது ஓவியத்தை விமானத்தில் பதிவு செய்திருப்பதாக Lithuania நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த Ernest Zacharevic எனும் பிரபல ஓவியர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடுக்கவிருப்பதாகத் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
தன்னுடைய பிரபல ஓவியமான Children on Bicycle ஓவியத்தை AIRASIA விமானத்தின் வெளி பகுதியில் STICKER வடிவில் பயன்படுத்தியிருப்பது தொடர்பாக AIRASIA நிறுவனத்துடன் கடந்த 2 மாதமாக விளக்கம் கேட்டு வரும் நிலையில் AIRASIA நிறுவனம் முறையானப் பதில்களைத் தெரிவிக்காமல் இருப்பதால் நீதிமன்றத்தில் சந்திப்போம் என Ernest Zacharevic தெரிவித்தார்.
Pelukis terkenal Lithuania, Ernest Zacharevic memutuskan untuk memfailkan saman terhada AirAsia kerana menggunakan karya seninya "Children on Bicycle" pada pesawat tanpa kebenaran. Beliau mendakwa AirAsia gagal memberikan penjelasan selepas dua bulan rundingan.
